“Yellow house”  is a cosy cottage consisting of a hall, two adjacent rooms — living room and bedroom and a large bathroom. Has independent heating system.
House area — 64 sq.m.
It is recommended for all who come with their children!

 In a living room:

• Soft furniture (a folding double sofa)
• A coffee table
• A LCD TV-set (Russian satellite channels)
• A bedside table
• An air-conditioner

 In a bedroom:

• Two single beds

In a bathroom:

• A corner bath-tub and WC facilities
• A towel set
• Cosmetic accessories
• A fridge

By a house:

•  A summerhouse
• Children playground with a sandbox
• A garden swing
• Benches

In summer from 1 June to 31 August	4000 rub./24 hours
